Qmarkets has achieved the number 1 position in G2’s Fall 2019 Momentum Grid Report™ for Idea Management, projecting a significantly higher growth trajectory than other vendors. Only one other idea management supplier made it into the “Leaders” section, with Qmarkets achieving over double the average score for Employee Growth and Review Growth.
A vendor’s momentum score is calculated by a proprietary algorithm that factors in various data sets – social media and web presence, employee and review growth, year-over-year change – that G2 regards as having an impact on a software vendor’s momentum. While the momentum score is indicated on the vertical axis of the grid, customer satisfaction scores are shown on the horizontal axis. Currently, Qmarkets has attained the highest overall position within the grid for both of these categories – consolidating the company’s position as one of the best idea management software providers on the market.
Leading the Pack
Out of the idea management software leaders in the Fall 2019 Grid Report, Qmarkets received the highest customer satisfaction ratings across various categories. These included ease of setup (84%), ease of admin (86%), ease of use (91%), and Product Going in the Right Direction (96%).
The G2 Grid Report™ in which these ratings are generated factors in aggregate customer satisfaction ratings, as well as the market presence of each vendor. Whereas ‘Customer Satisfaction’ relates to actual reviews, ‘Market Presence’ is calculated based on 15 data points. These include the number of employees the vendor has registered on LinkedIn, web presence, and total number of social media followers.
