Leading automotive manufacturer Hyundai Motor America launched its BIG (Better Idea Generator) campaign – driven by Qmarkets innovation management software.
Fountain Valley, California, October 15th, 2018- Hyundai Motor America has rolled out the Big Idea Generator (BIG) campaign as part of an annual drive to tap into the innovative potential within their organization. This 12-month campaign incentivizes participants to contribute innovative ideas that have potential to impact the company’s key strategic priorities in positive ways.
At the start of the program, all employees are encouraged to submit their ideas through the Qmarkets system that will help solve a core set of business challenges. These ideas are then published to the entire organization, which then votes and selects the most promising ones. The top ideas are further developed and evaluated by executives.
Hyundai Motor America chose to employ the flex edition of Qmarkets’ flagship Q-ideate platform for this project. The company utilized the best-practice functionality of the system to generate ideas from their employees.
