By splitting our customer success & product division into two distinct departments we’re sharpening our focus on delivering greater value to clients and elevating the cutting-edge solutions we provide. This change will not only enhance our dedication to delivering results but also optimize the overall infrastructure of our company.

Our New & Improved Customer Success Department

We are pleased to announce that the Qmarkets Customer Success is now an independent division within our organization.  Ilona Gochman, previously Global Director of Customer Success, has been promoted to VP of Customer Success. With her elevation to the Qmarkets leadership team, Ilona will bring a laser focus to evolving our customer success initiatives to meet market needs and deliver unparalleled value to our clients.

This shift allows us to concentrate even more on helping clients achieve their innovation objectives and drive exceptional outcomes with our suite of innovation management tools.

What This Means for our Product Department

Qmarkets has always been at the forefront of new product development in the very dynamic market of innovation management software. With Ilona now fully responsible for Customer Success, Sivan Leshem—our VP of Product—and the entire Product team can further intensify their focus on product strategy and development.
