Support Specialist Engineer (Student Position)

We are recruiting a second-year Industrial Engineer & Management student to support our clients in Israel and abroad.
Job Scope:
Part-time position (3–4 shifts per week)
Working Hours:
9:00–18:00, with availability required for at least one evening shift per week (18:00–24:00).
Position is hybrid – work will be performed from the office & remotely.
Eligible candidates may be offered a permanent position at the company in the future.
Job Description:
The role includes the following responsibilities:
- Ongoing support for customer system administrators via a ticket management system
- High-level support provided directly to innovation managers at major global organizations such as Lidl, Coca-Cola, Ford, government agencies, etc.
- Preparing a variety of training materials (videos, articles, guides, etc.) based on instructions from product managers
- Leading IT onboarding processes with customers, such as configuring Single Sign-On, User Provisioning, etc.
Requirements:
- Second-year student in Industrial Engineering & Management
- Logical thinking and deep understanding of information systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English
- Responsibility, initiative, and ability to learn independently
- High motivation and willingness to work intensively
- Patience and excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in preparing training materials / training / support – an advantage
- Commitment for two years
