The total cost depends on your chosen product family and plan, as well as the number of users, integrations, and any advanced add-ons. Every plan is designed to scale with your program and help you deliver measurable impact, with customer success support and access to our community platform included.
What is the pricing for permanent on-site deployment?
While we recommend our highly secure SaaS cloud deployment options for the best user experience and access to frequent updates, we do offer perpetual on-premise licenses for those who require it. Pricing for on-premise solutions involves a higher initial cost, complemented by minimal recurring fees.
What is the pricing for additional innovation management integrations?
Pricing for additional integrations is determined on a per-integration basis, considering the scope of the integration, the specific product, and any third-party costs. Currently, integrations with Teams and Slack are included with our Enterprise package.
How does pricing work for AI features?
Pricing for AI features is based on a credit system. Each of our pricing plans includes a limited number of credits for AI actions. For more extensive needs, additional credits can be purchased with our enterprise license.
Is there a discount for a multi-product license?
Yes, we offer discounts for multi-product licenses. The more products and use cases you include, the better the value and lower the cost per product. Many customers see stronger results by combining different products within the Qmarkets platform, which we encourage and incentivize through our pricing.
