Qmarkets targets two different audience, and as such, has two 'term of use' agreements, that complement each other.

1. General / Public

This agreement covers all the public sections & pages of Qmarkets, and applies for ALL users viewing or using this site.

2. Private Groups

This agreement covers ONLY the private/closed groups of Qmarkets, that can only be accessed by subscribers of that group. These groups normally required a paid subscription by their owner, and can be used for example for companies for internal prediction markets.
